As a manufacturer of products within the meaning of the REACH regulation, AKO Armaturen & Separationstechnik GmbH is a downstream user. Thus, goods from AKO Armaturen & Separationstechnik GmbH (products) are not subject to any registration, evaluation or approval requirements. AKO Armaturen & Separationstechnik GmbH is therefore neither subject to registration nor an obligation to create safety data sheets. Based on the information from our suppliers, currently no prohibited substances from the candidate list of substances of very high concern (SVHC) above 0.1% by mass are used in the manufacture of our products (air operated pinch valves).
Information obligation according to Article 33:
In order to comply with our information obligation as a manufacturer of products according to Article 33 of the REACH-regulation and to secure the supply chain, we consistently pursue the implementation of the REACH-regulation at our suppliers. If our delivered products (air operated pinch valves) contain one or more substances from the SVHC candidate list in a concentration of more than 0.1% by mass per partial product, we will publish the corresponding information of those products on our website.
Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
As a manufacturer of air operated pinch valves AKO Armaturen & Separationstechnik GmbH does not fall with its own products within the scope of this directive.
The products can be used by making use of the exceptions in Appendix III,
nevertheless, can be used as part of systems in which the EC Directive 2011/65 / EU (RoHs) applies.
In the course of our quality management system, we continuously pay attention to compliance with the RoHs guideline of our upstream suppliers.
